Vouchers & Discounts

You can redeem your voucher, discount code, or promotional code in the designated field in the cart under the ‘Voucher’ section (before the checkout process). 

No – only one code can be redeemed per order.

You can apply the discount code to already reduced items. We allow the combination of discount codes for direct purchases on our website.

Payment & Delivery

We use DHL as the shipping service provider to send our products to you.

That’s not a problem at all. You can enter a different delivery address to the billing address during the checkout process. This address will be saved in your customer account—you can add more and use them for future deliveries.
